10 to 11 hour days, 12 if 2nd shift, 5-6 days a week, constantly pushing and testing your limits to get as much out of you as possible, everyone makes same pay regardless of how long you have worked there or how much you know(good if new) considered essential because "grocery transportation"

Minpunten

Longer you work here, the less valued you are, no more bonuses despite over 200% order growth+production in last year, little to no communication, lots of favoritism, wont tell you if you are exposed to covid by the person who works right physically next to you, constantly hot(wear shorts even in winter)

Steady work. (had to add filler since it requires more words, but there is not much to say, its a paycheck...)

Poor work conditions(0 air or heat for factory workers), low opportunity for growth, poor work grading/raise system (a good chunk quit every year at raise time)
