Pluspunten
Some of the staff were fantastic- especially BOH guys (except when you catch them making really lewd comments about women to one-up each other. Delicious food and some of the FOH staff were great, too (when they weren't trying to stab co-workers' backs). A beautiful restaurant and some great chefs.
Minpunten
There was an atmosphere of sexual aggressiveness towards female employees (and lewd comments about the female customers as well) that the management also participated in. Childish drama went on behind the scenes where if you don't participate (I didn't) you really hate life at the restaurant. It's really competitive and what you see isn't what you get from the people working there. Some people are genuinely fabulous but it takes some time to separate those people from the ones you can't trust.
