Minpunten
1. Poor HR policies (actually no policies at all). 2. High centralization. Director is made a God. 3. Very poor infrastructure (old style buildings, washrooms etc, no corporate feel at all.). Newly joined employees (mainly freshers) are made to sit on plastic garden chairs ! 4. Politics and appeasement policy is widespread. 5. No flexible working hours. Even though it has an in house R&D, but timing was from 8 (factory timing). 6. Small company, not good for experienced people. 7. Mindset of management is very narrow. They will make you feel as if you are working in a small factory. 8. Location is bad: Vapi is a small and polluted industrial town. 9. Very poor quality food in canteen. Office hrs is from 8AM, but there is no scope of breakfast. 10. Six days a week job.
