Senior management is ridiculously pompous and condescending despite being a total failure; their toxic ineptitude cascades down to everyone in the company. No business focus: A new "plan" every year to save this company from financial ruin. Constant "blame game" for poor performance. Perpetual churn at senior level and endless layoffs/resignations all around. Not transparent about their financial reporting or their true culture. Employees are treated as a liability. Don't believe the recruitment promise of "employees are at the heart of everything we do". Nothing could be further from the truth Innovation here is a thing of the past. Solutions are balkanized from more successful partners.
