Pluspunten
- I worked here for 4 years. The best PRO for me is the work experience that I earned. I got to manage a lot of big accounts which helped me in my subsequent job applications for big MNCs. - after the acquisition, company provided more benefits like gym subsidy, travel incentives and commission. - i never had a problem taking my vacation leaves. - i was very lucky my manager was not a micro manager and trusted us with our work.
Minpunten
- you really need to multi task and often do work outside your scope. a lot of processes are not clearly defined and laid out. - because the company is still considered small although an MNC, the culture is very "local". although people are generally friendly, a lot of employees are not very competent. plus, there is a peer appraisal every year and if you are not one of the more likeable ones, you can expect a lot of backstabbing and low rating. it was also common for other people to gossip about you and talk negative stuff behind your back. I survived in this company by being on my own most of the time. just doing my work and not minding other people on a personal level and a lot of them couldnt understand or accept that. after leaving this company, I realized how the culture in a real MNC (where there are more people from different nationalities) is so much better and different. - very low salary compared to the market. also very little career growth opportunities. a lot of the longstaying employees have been in the same position for so long and i can assume their salaries have been stagnant as well with little increase.
