- fully remote - unlimited yearly leave ( paid to leave ) - wellbeing day ( we get a 1 day off on friday, as far as I remember this is happening every 3 months ) - fair and honest benchmarking for the salary because we follow the radford standard. - unlimited linkedin learning - we have talent management system which has library on it for any topics that we want to learn about unit4, products, development, communication, etc. - get a high end laptop and also a good monitor

maybe time zone conflict with other person who is living outside indonesia like for example in USA, if I want to get help immediately.
