The people at Unity are talented, personable and truly passionate about what they do; it is both empowering and inspiring to be surrounded by such remarkable individuals. Communicating with coworkers is delightfully easy regardless of their work experience or job title. Finally, there is generally a lot going on at Unity, with many opportunities to travel to various events and build meaningful connections with people from all over the globe.
Minpunten
The onboarding experience can be a little overwhelming, although this is slowly getting addressed. Sometimes it is challenging to get a big picture view of the company, although this is understandable due to the complex interconnection of the different teams within the organisation. Also, given how Unity has several large offices across multiple continents, collaborations can be tricky due to time zone differences.
