      There are a couple of people on the team that are good to work with.

      Minpunten

      Just about everything else. From the way they treat their employees, the way upper management speaks to and about people, the way they run the business. I've never worked with people that can present such a positive, culture-driven front and in the end actually be such awful people. They cycle through people quickly. Do not reward people that work the hardest. They do not have clear goals or workflow or process. They ask so so so much of people without giving them anything in return. I'm glad to have left.

      *The values guide how the company is run and how decisions are made *Leadership genuinely cares about the people on the team and continues to put health and family first, even in hard times *Though the company is small there have always been opportunities to grow and new challenges to lean into *The mission of the organization is front and center - our Fellows are the heart of everything we do

      *We continue to operate like a start up at times even though the company has been doing this work for well over a decade, but then again, for many that keeps things exciting

      I was an intern with Unreasonable, and I was impressed by how well they integrated their team despite being fully remote!
