Minpunten
Uninspiring new leadership, lack of transparency and almost no comms. For someone who wants to learn and develop, there are no serious prospects. There is also lack of direction manifesting in ad hoc work or no work at all. Recently, with a management change, everything comes down to cost-cutting, taking employees' benefits away, more policies and bureaucracy. Sadly, but with full honesty, the company is drifting away from its old ways of taking care of employees. My review would've been different few months ago but now I'm certainly considering to leave as the company is lacking a vision, is led by leadership who has little to do with caring for their employees, and work itself has become more dull.
