Bad culture set by Founder. “No work life balance” is glorified. Founder doesn’t have any clarity how to scale the business. She takes up free advice from mentors and tries to implement it blindly. She has no/zero trust in her employees and even her Co-founder. Many co-founders have already left the company because of the culture and misalignment with the founder.
