Upflow has been a defining part of my career over the past three years, growing from a BDR into a Senior AE. The way the team collaborates every day, combined with a product that’s constantly evolving and improving, creates an environment where you’re always learning and pushing forward. There’s a real sense of momentum and growth potential here, and I’m incredibly grateful to Alex and the entire team for their support and belief in my journey, especially at a company where you can truly see the impact of your work.

There have been zero cons being at Upflow

The team and culture cannot be beaten at Upflow. The mindset to be builders, for each other and for the company is stronger than any other team I've been on, where coworkers consistently check in to ask how things are going, what you've been working on, whats next, and of course, if there's anything at all they could do to help! Another big plus is that everybody is consistently on the same page and understands what is going on within each individual team at the company. This is due to the strong values of transparency and teamwork. We are growing so fast but our values and efforts to hold onto them have not budged! Best people, best culture, best leadership I could ask for!

This was a required field, and I had a hard time thinking of what to put in here! I would say the only thing I wished I could fix is having a lot of our team over in Paris so we can't join them for daily lunches or team drinks! But our team here in the US is growing every week and have plenty of activities to look forward to, like visiting our teammates Paris soon enough ;)
