      Pluspunten

      Ability to really spread your wings and be part of building the company growth plan. You have a voice! Great culture. One that promotes innovation and creative problem solving. Monthly employee events. Free snacks and soda (We love the Mountain Dew:-). Without a doubt an organization that truly offers an "open door" policy. The growth I have experienced, personally and professionally, since coming on board in 2009 has been tremendous. There is no apparent limit to the opportunities Uptivity affords the driven professional!

      Smaller company with great benefits package but could use the benefit of a larger organization's insurance rates.

      Fun, quirky corporate culture, with a very nurturing staff, that is willing to coach you towards success.

      Minpunten

      1. Not the kind of place you want to work if you have goals and aspirations, outside of the company. You are expected to devote most of your life to Uptivity, which is something you won't realize until you've been there for a while. 2. Uptivity does not seem very minority friendly, in terms of African-American males and female's. 3. Even if you get let go for just cause, they will still contest you're unemployment claim, even after you've been approved for it.
