A Management team that leads and inspires Support of a work / life balance Yearly goals, reviews, and quarterly check-ins for individuals, departments and the organization.

It can be challenging for some to prioritize their goals over client work but there is time allocated every week for this. You must hold yourself accountable to communicate complete your tasks in a timely manner, this can also be challenging for some.
