I have no cons, it was good!

Good money. Good guests. Good GM. Good food.

Urbana is a fast paced always busy high stressed and SUPER LOUD environment. CEO cares about money first. So reservations stack so high it crushes the hosts, the servers, then the kitchen. No matter how many people voice their concerns, it goes in one ear and out the other. Also, everything is falling apart, and requesting replacements is like asking to be on the bad employee list. CEO also actually confirmed in a meeting that she does have favoritism. So... if you can keep your head down, your mouth shut, do your job, and work there for many many many years in the not great areas of the restaurant... then this place is for you! Honestly is you can ignore the mistreatment, the money is decent here.
