Training is on the fly to nonexistent with no data base or support to fall back on. This leads to many mistakes being made that didn't need to be. Sink or swim type of environment without the expectation that that was the case.
Very socially cliquey, if you are not part of the group you are excluded to many department functions and made well aware of your exclusion.
Responsibility and processes are always changing and you never know what is expected of you until you run into the situation where the old method no longer works and communication has failed.
