Great work culture. The people I worked with were stellar. Management was very understanding and pushed us to stretch out of our comfort zones

Work can be menial labor/ landscaping for about 30 percent of the time. Made it tedious at times and more like just a summer job than an internship.

Great first hand experience with many different programs and systems so you are constantly growing and learning new things. Lots of collaboration with back end engineers and a great first experience to the run of the mill help desk life.

Training is on the fly to nonexistent with no data base or support to fall back on. This leads to many mistakes being made that didn't need to be. Sink or swim type of environment without the expectation that that was the case. Very socially cliquey, if you are not part of the group you are excluded to many department functions and made well aware of your exclusion. Responsibility and processes are always changing and you never know what is expected of you until you run into the situation where the old method no longer works and communication has failed.
