I have no word to describe how bad this company is. Favouritism at its best. If you're not part of their "favorite ones" forget any promotions. I have seen so many people being distressed and anxious and crying but having no possibility to discus the situation with a team leader as they will think you are complaining. So if you want to work there, do your job, don't talk and agree to everything. That's how they love you.
