- The company often feels chaotic with a lot of team changes. As an engineer, I kept getting moved to different teams, which made it hard to keep projects going smoothly. - Product management is a big problem. We started a bunch of projects, but many were just stopped after a few weeks, without even testing or finishing them. This wasted a lot of time and showed that the product managers weren't making great decisions. - Frequent restructuring: In the last year, we had 2-3 big changes in how teams were organized, and it looks like another big change is coming at the start of 2024. - Also, it's a bit worrying that they keep asking us to post good reviews on Glassdoor which can raise doubts about the authenticity of its online reputation.
