Every year target to be increased by 20 - 30 percent with Sal increase of 5 - 10 % 6. Large account to be handled by HOD and achieve your target by hunting your client 7. Long waiting time for internal Approval. 8. If you dont have Job then Join the company

Employees are young, and there is good competition within the product lines to do better and good chance for succeeding. Teams are small but work is intense and responsibility is great! Learned a lot!
