Very supportive, always looking to do things to keep employees happy, with days off, events, socials and much more! Amazing response to the pandemic made working from home easily and made a great effort to ensure employees are supported and productive.

No real cons: There has been a large amount of change to management in recent years, but it never felt overwhelming and threatening!

As a small organisation we aim to be flexible to give people opportunity to grow and develop, and it's lovely to see that you've experience this. We're doing a lot at speed, and so sometimes we will figure our processes out, we're always here to listen if we can make improvements. The time zone difference between the UK and US can be tricky, we manage it as best we can, any suggestions for how to improve it - we'd love to hear them!

The flexible schedule is a huge plus, allowing a great work-life balance without sacrificing productivity. You really feel like management values your time and well-being, which boosts morale and makes coming to work a rewarding experience.

Minpunten

One downside is that the salary may be slightly lower than what some larger companies offer. However, the positive environment and flexibility make it a worthwhile trade-off for many who prioritize culture and work-life balance. Being a UK-based company, sometimes there is a disconnect between the London and DC office. However, mgmt seems to be trying to bridge the gap.

We absolutely pride ourself on our collaboration and it is important to us that our people have a good work-life balance. We aim to pay people fairly for the work that they do, and we do regularly review our salaries to make sure we're paying market rates. With having offices in different locations and time zones keeping them connected remains a constant focus, and it's something we're always looking to improve on. We'll also continue to focus on our communication and will always look to share our future plans.
