No cons everything is good

You won't get fired unless you really screwed up.

You will not get anywhere in this company unless you are related to someone in management. No Incentives, No Bonuses, No Vacation, No Benefits if you are working at the corporate office. Yearly increment are at management's discretion and are always far below than industry standard. If the holiday falls on weekend then no following day offs. Management thinks that as long as you get the bi-weekly paycheck, employee should be thankful to them. This management does no trust anyone and treat everyone like an illiterate. If you work an extra time no appreciation but if you take an extra 15mins lunch than it is not acceptable. A horrible micromanagement.
