Fun (non leadership) staff, tight knitted and very down to earth vibe.

Minpunten

No opportunities to grow, they rather hire new staff than treating the ones that work so hard better by showing respect. There is no compensation increases. Only 2 weeks vacations. Not a lot of transparency of forever changing policies and changes. Terrible terrible IT - the worst I've ever experienced.

Loved the great people I worked with at VMLY&R Commerce. Some of the brightest in the industry. I was given so much opportunity to lead. I had great clients and will always be grateful for my 2 years here.

Minpunten

I worked here during the pandemic so I didn’t get a lot of opportunity to get any kind of training or continued learning opportunities.
