People are smart - at least the engineers. Also enthusiastic, especially with the new hires. Problems are complex and challenging. Culture of innovation. Good benefits, nothing outstanding especially for the valley. Not bad though. Fringe benefits include free concerts, celebrity talks, Friday beers, donation matching.
Minpunten
Definitely going through growing pains. Siloes in the organization means different interpretations of company goals and vision. Cross-organization communication and execution could be improved. Almost too many new people and lots of old timers leaving or left, taking their intellectual property/knowledge.
