Company is managed in a way where no common sense is used. For example requiring you to be in the office without having the proper number of seats available.
Directors want you not to ask questions and to follow orders only heavily pressing the loyalty agenda which works one way and one way only.
They tend to promise everything to new hires as they are desperate to get people in having a bad name in the industry people tend to avoid them, then fire people as they please.
