-Pay is great. -Nice perks (401k, medical insurance, car etc..) -Great products that doctors WANT to use but usually can't bc of insurance

Minpunten

-Lack of company leadership and direction -Currently spiraling toward bankruptcy or a buyout -Massive debt load, unhappy stakeholders, unhappy workers, lack of stability -Company name and reputation has been tarnished

Good insurance, some people are able to work from home, sales vehicle

Myself and several colleagues had brought up concerns with a growing toxic culture to management and unfortunately no steps were taken to help improve it. They like to lead with a stick instead of a carrot. So many people left when I left, due to the same reason. They don't care about the people working there. We are only numbers to them.
