Too many work loads and expectations which is good for a fresher.
Minpunten
1) Expectation to wake up at night and look at the production issues without giving you access to the production db and logstash. 2) They won't care that you have arrived on every saturday when they asked to for no such reason even though you are not getting any comp-off. You are doing work on saturday when there is an urgent deadline like delivering a whole new product in less than a month. They would only care about the saturday when you couldn't come. 3) Maturity: When you will ask for db and logger access they would say "You are not mature enough to have it", mature?? We are not mature enough to have access to the db but to look at the production issues!! Look at your management I still remember when you laid off around 50% interns in a month, broke the employment agreement and cheated on them, still your co-owner laughed and said "Hey Arpan!! I think you are having such experiences too" was that your maturity?? 3) Poor management: I worked in the development team for a year but I still can't understand that who was making decisions TL or a Developer?
