We understand that in a fast-paced deep-tech environment, workloads can intensify during critical delivery phases. That said, sustained overwork is not the culture we aim to build. We provide our teams with significant autonomy and flexibility, and with that freedom comes the responsibility to plan, communicate, and manage workloads proactively. Over the past months, we’ve also strengthened planning, expanded teams, and improved delivery processes to support a more balanced work environment.

You referenced this as something heard from a colleague rather than experienced personally. Since this is hearsay, our ability to comment specifically is limited. However, we can reaffirm that timely salary disbursement is a priority for us, and any deviations are addressed with urgency.
