      Pluspunten

      I came to Valorem Reply for challenging work and I wasn't disappointed. In the one year I've been at Valorem, I've experienced more professional growth than I've experienced the past 5 years in previous roles. I also appreciate the transparency and support all levels of management provide. Executive level leadership has come up with innovative and collaborative ways to seek input and provide transparent answers to employees of all levels. The fun work culture, events, flexible WFH policy, happy hours, and snacks at the office certainly don't hurt either.

      Minpunten

      There can be times where the work can feel overwhelming and there are a lot of urgent competing priorities. If the work starts to pile up and you're feeling stretched thin, you really have to communicate that to your manager instead of trying to deal with it and waiting it out.

As for work being overwhelming at times, you are dead on in that communication is key. We actively want to avoid burnout and your manager is a key player in preventing this from happening.       I really enjoyed working here. I was given lots of opportunity to drive improvement and own my business. Employees are empowered and trusted to deliver on their skill sets. Rewarding and challenging work for Microsoft and other clients. Comp was good and bonus. I liked leadership a lot.

      You'll meet some talented colleagues and get to work on a great deal of Microsoft projects.

      Minpunten

      Silent layoffs with colleagues disappearing without notice or explanation. Hours allocated to projects rarely reflect actual workload — employees are expected to juggle multiple client projects simultaneously with low allocation per project, tight timelines, and high quality standards to meet client expectations during presentations. Consistent pressure from leadership to be more cross-functional, take on additional responsibilities, and drive 100% renewal of existing client contracts. Many colleagues are based in Kochi, India, requiring employees to work extended hours or adjust their schedules to bridge the communication and time zone gap. Paid below market rate.
