My experience with this company started positively, with a strong focus on people, collaboration, and employee well-being. Unfortunately, over time, the company's priorities seemed to shift significantly toward financial results at the expense of its human values. Decisions were increasingly driven by profit rather than employee development, recognition, and workplace culture. As a result, the environment became less supportive and less aligned with the values that originally attracted me to the organization.

There are no growth opportunities; people managers don't know how to lead; there are layoffs every 2 months for the past 18 months; there is no training (employees are told to learn on their own time / weekends) because if they are not >50% chargeable, they are on the RIF list. The company grew through acquisitions but never integrated or unified the various companies. There are no standard processes, everything is ad hoc. There were no raises this year and no bonuses either of the last 2 years.
