Toxic Work Environment: The company culture has become extremely toxic, with a leadership style of CSO is like a dictatorship. Employees are treated without respect, and there's always a threatening atmosphere. Lack of Clarity & Strategy: There’s no support when you struggle in your proposal or pricing, no one ask why are you struggling, and they will blame you and pin point that you are not capable. There is no clarity on what’s company’s strategy. Changes in the ICP have been sudden and disruptive, and there is no clear direction from leadership. Leadership is failing to provide any strategy or vision, leaving the sales team in confusion. Everyone is LG and Sales morale is at an all-time low. There is no variable pay-out or appraisal, and the CTC for the sales team is low. With rising costs, employees are worried about meeting basic expenses if incentives and bonus aren’t paid out. Failure in Strategy and Leadership: The company’s strategy has failed, from not offering the right IT services to lacking proper leadership. The Management failure to define a clear strategy or manage the sales team properly is the root cause of these issues. Yet, the blame is always placed on the sales team, which feels both unfair and demotivating. There is a strong feeling among sales and LG teams that the only way to survive in the company is to move into consulting, marketing, or sales ops, where there are no targets and have favoritism from excutive leadership if you are in these department. there is no work life balance, training are conductdcted only to show to eso that CSO is doing some work and in every meeting he comes to show his authority and threaten. No where cso carry the legacy of founder where arjun sir always refer everyone to adhere to valuelabs stack What used to be a humble, supportive company culture has become a place where employees feel humiliated, undervalued, and unable to grow professionally. The senior leadership are more focused on their own personal success, politics ,favoritism and optics rather than addressing the root causes of these problems.
