Good company but some big projects might disturb your work life balance.

If you are in a bond of n number of years and if you break it , you have to serve 90 days notice period and you have to pay back a hefty amount while releasing ( in short you have to serve notice period for free ).you won’t be getting any experience letter. Low pay and hectic schedules In Hyderabad you will find only Telgu speaking people. I found it frustrating when I was in code discussion and my teammates were discussing code in Telgu ,even project manager (shame). If you are coming from north you have to be in Hindi speaking group as in lunch no one will entertain or talk with you . Don’t expect a lavish cuisine, you will barely get a chapati ( a complete mess ). Seriously,You have to perform dance for the client . You won’t get paid for that too. Although they have an office in INDORE, Madhya Pradesh but they will insist you to be present in Hyderabad. What a coincidence all executives and seniors are Telgu speakers in Hyderabad. There won’t any Saturday and Sunday for senior devs . Even at late night or any personal emergency you will get calls from you manager to join meeting.
