They have a number of quality work/life programs that demonstrate their dedication and concern for the well being of their employees.

My only challenge working there was the commute from South Jersey to Valley Forge, PA. There is no good time to be on Rte 76.

Very conservative, very corporate, easy to get "stuck", performance ratings and promotions need more structure,
