Pluspunten
First and foremost, the Vantaca Culture is obvious in every aspect of the company. From the top down, Culture permeates throughout the meetings, planning, and strategy of the company. Vantaca also has one of the best Leadership Teams that I have ever had the ability to work with. Transparency, Honesty, and Open Communication are common with every leader I have worked with in every branch of the company. One of the best things about Vantaca is the involvement and abilities of the People & Culture Team. This team not only hires some incredible talent, but also is available to support you in any way, help you develop in the way you want, and puts on events that help employees grow both professionally and personally. Vantaca's Compensation is quite good for the time I have been here, and I do not expect this to be any different while I grow within the company as well.
Minpunten
As a smaller company, the same open communication that is a positive, can also be a drawback. The managers and executive team always put the company work, so you may be asked to work outside of standard work hours. The HoA industry is also not a very progressive industry, and although Vantaca is a newer company in the space (and a leader of innovation), there are times that the existing "Best Practices" limit the process of fast innovation.
