The lack of supervision allows you to have more flexibility with your time there. Take care of the clients and you’re good. The other interns are very helpful too. Englewood office is better than Dumont.

The higher management has expectations that are not clear. Even though they’re not your direct supervisor, they will still step in and correct you even if it goes against what your actual supervisor said. If you ask too many questions you might come off as needy as some other interns have and then get cut from the program. If you want to get a job at Vantage they start in the low $40s. I would just avoid this place.
