Extremely flexible schedule. The CEO was more of a friend than a boss. We were allowed to use our own ideas and never pressured for to follow a certain pattern.

The office location. Wish the office location was in a better place.

I think this is the only company that literally have fun on daily basis. I was never bored during my time here. No politics. Friendly environment.

I can write cons as I have left the company long time back. But I cant think of one. If I get a chance I would like to work again here.
