Strong favoritism in promotions—some staff members were promoted purely based on personal friendships with managers, not performance or merit Toxic management style that encourages gossip and micromanagement Positive performance often leads to jealousy instead of recognition—my high sales and great customer feedback resulted in being targeted by certain colleagues Lack of consistency in enforcing company values and rules—some team members and managers are frequently late or unprofessional with no consequences Poor support from leadership—concerns are dismissed or ignored

No room for progression at all, unless you are friends with someone at head office. They promise internal growth but always hire externally. Several people have gone for interviews and then just not heard back at all which is terrible / heard about internal position via linked in. It’s all abit of a mess. Not very inclusive at all! Quite concerning. Really embarrassing maternity package considering it’s female founded and family run business …..
