Varonis is a high growth tech company. Hard-work and success breeds opportunity within the organization from both a career and monetary standpoint. The corporate/political BS is very limited. There is an underlying feeling within the organization that we are all part of something that could be huge. It fosters a great amount of support and collaboration internally. The internal culture is great for the most part.

We face many challenges as a young company. It is a very hard product to sell - we are still creating our own market (But it is never boring trying to sell this stuff).
