Minpunten
Very high attrition rate. Most people stay less than a year. Many stay even less than 6 months. Be prepared to spend more than 10 hours per week reporting on what you have done every minute of your day and what do you plan to do in the future. Be prepared to report to 3 or 4 different managers, each of them asking you for regular and adhoc reports on your activities (don't they speak between them?). It feels like being in the army. Managers are encouraged to crack down on employees in front of their peers, generating a climate of subordination and fear. If you enjoy the army then this is for you.
