I have been working with this organization for more than 7 months, and I can testify their pro's during my span here -
1. Cool Work Environment
2. Decent & honest Payout
3. On time salary
4. Permanent remote setting opportunity
5. Flexible hours to start and call a day
6. Management & HR are approachable
7. Process oriented company with focus on delivery
8. No micro management unless you deviate or create an issue with delivery
9. Company is really doing well in terms of due diligence and acquiring international standard e.g. ISO and Great Place
10. No biasness according to me.
11. They have projects being developed on latest and evolving technologies this gives enough career growth opportunities
Minpunten
Although there is no cons in my opinion so far, but there are few areas which can be better -
1. Sometimes there is Immediate and unnecessary noise on small escalations from client. PMs should be patient and action oriented and not reactive,
2. Company has closed all its offices which closes the doors of inperson interactions, though they occasionally meet in large groups.
3. They are automating many things, I think they should maintain a system for accounts where employees can get their taxation and salary related documents whenever needed.
