Engaged and approachable executive leadership that is open to new ideas and strategies. This organization really combines the feel of a small town organization with the expertise and talent of a high profiled executive firm. Executive leadership understands the value of work/life balance and strives to reach a happy medium with each employee.

Minpunten

With being a small up and coming organization it can be difficult to meet the various demands of the vendors that we currently are in collaboration with. However, as Vast Edge is growing this is becoming less and less of an obstacle.

1. Flexible hours:- It is really helpful when you want to have a work life balance. 2. Independence:- You are expected to finish your work by EOD. There is no micromanagement. 3. Learning opportunity:- Vast Edge works in such broad spectrum, you will learn a thing or two for sure; be it new technology or management.

1. You need to be jack of all trades because it's a small company, so we all take different roles at different time. 2. You are expected to be self driven.
