I am grateful for my time at Vectra. I joined the team during a challenging period in my personal life, and being part of this team was a positive experience. They welcomed me warmly, and the work environment was genuinely supportive during that time. I learned a lot, and for that, I am thankful.

I personally did not encounter a workload that was too much for me to handle. However, I can understand why some colleagues might feel overwhelmed at times, as work can come in bursts.

Our team works extremely well together. There is always a supportive avenue when you need it. The line of communication between my peers and superiors is very open and honest.

If a client is unhappy with a service it will eat at you. There is a whole team dedicating their effort and when your collaborative effort doesn't pay off, it can be demoralizing. Thankfully the management will usually be involved at a certain point so when this does happen, all members of the team are aware and there aren't any surprises.
