Working at Veeva Systems has been a disappointing experience in several ways. One of the biggest issues is the strong favoritism within management. Many of the managers seem to be friends or from the same hometown, which leads to biased decision-making and an unfair work environment. Career development is almost nonexistent. There are no clear growth opportunities, mentorship, or structured paths to advance within the company. Employees are often left to figure things out on their own, with little to no support from leadership. The training process is another major drawback. Instead of focusing on role-specific skills, employees spend weeks repeating the same generic training sessions meant for end users. This leaves little time to gain practical knowledge about the actual responsibilities of the role, making the onboarding process frustrating and ineffective. Overall, Veeva Systems has a lot of room for improvement in fostering a fair workplace, providing meaningful career development, and refining its training approach. Until these issues are addressed,
