Pros is that you can basically ask for what you want for salary....they need people desperately so they will not be concerned with your asking salary.
Minpunten
First, the CEO, Jeff Ray was forced to resign last week because of his inability to lead a team. Second, the managers at the company are so new that they are still learning and can't develop or educate any new employees due to them learning. They have been on a HIRING FREEZE of hiring for positions now for a while. Due to the shortage of staff, everyone is running around with their hair on fire and nothing is being prioritized as everything is a priority.
