1) Highly siloed. No team meetings, no onboarding. There are some long-timers here who would just rather do it themselves than document or train new hires. 2) Knee jerk reaction instead of prioritizing and planning. 3) Nobody writes anything down. This business is complex and the learning curve is steep, even for people who have been in the business a while. 4) Poor analysis tools. Very hard to access the data from the backend and the frontend, as typical of frontends, does not have the flexibility to analyze the data appropriately.
