      Nice working environment. Professionally managed. Takes lot of care of employees.

      No proactive increments, also the raise is very little otherwise no other cons here.

      Pluspunten

      The flexibility and remote work is great. For the most part, anyone I have interacted with (via email as it is the only way to communicate with anyone) has been very pleasant. I have learned a lot from this position and have been able to grow my transcription skills.

      Minpunten

      It has been extremely difficult to get work for the past several months. I have reached out to management about it and have only been told that workloads will increase eventually. We have not received any communication regarding the lack of work, however, the website shows that the company is hiring additional Legal Transcriptionists. It is becoming very disheartening,
