Like any high-growth company, there are still some areas being built out. Interviewer enablement and structured interview training are not yet fully in place, which can make the hiring process feel inconsistent at times. Additionally, leadership is heavily focused on building an in-office culture, primarily centered around San Francisco, which while great for culture-building, does narrow the talent pool.
