The CEO. Have you noticed she can't keep c-suite members AND she employed 100% Caucasians to serve in Sr. Leadership roles when the organization is predominantly black. Things that make you go HHMMMMM

The pay is good and the job is alright.

Minpunten

Schedule is unpredictable, force you to help other teams when your done with your own ship. They don't value your time or life. Overworked you all the time. Employees are toxic, and they don't care about you they only care about work nothing else.
