      Pluspunten

      Company promotes a team environment and they seem to actually care about their employees and their communities. The pay is comparable to other companies in the industry and is based off where you live. They don't micromanage. Vertafore is the leader in the industry and is constantly evolving. There are a lot of women in positions of leadership. They work to make sure their employees are prepared before putting them in front of customers. The other employees are always willing to help.

      Minpunten

      No place is perfect - there have been a few layouts and people were not happy about the corporate office relocation to Denver. The insurance isn't amazing.

      •An extremely strong company culture with values that are far more than just words on a marketing flyer. •Genuine opportunities for career advancement and low employee turnover rates. Employees have a reason to stay. •Leadership that listens to feedback and acts on it. •A fun and flexible work environment. Most positions are hybrid but the Denver office has plenty of company events and perks for in-office days.

      •Insurance is a timeless industry. Being a technology company in this market means some things move extremely fast, while others move slow.

      Pluspunten

      Good benefits, great culture, great managers, and good work/life balance. Fair opportunity for advancement, although openings for promotion can be limited within smaller locations of the company. Great company for entry level candidates.
