There are no Pros here and anything that seems good is just a smoke screen to cover up the evil that lies within.
Minpunten
I worked here for about 2 years. The company's standards are insane! My job as a verifier was basically to conduct background checks for our various clients. The company expected me to complete 120 components and get at least 32 completions ( with no autos). This is insane because the amount of research that goes into a component can be very time consuming and so can the phone call itself. Most of the time you won't get the completion because you won't be able to get a hold of the correct person who can get you the information you need or no one will answer the phone period, and even if you did get a hold of the right person, it is still so time consuming to ask all of the many questions you are required to ask . Instead of taking your time and doing everything correctly, you are going to end up panicking and finding ways to cheat so you can make your quota. The management is always going to complain that you are not doing enough work and that is because eventually they want to get rid of you so they don't have to give you anymore raises. Also, if you make any mistakes they penalize your total amount of completions which means you still won't make your quota and that you have to do even more work. There are also some methods to completing a component that will cause you to NOT get credit for that component completion. This means you have to kill yourself going through calls and rushing your work so you can start to accumulate components. They like to brainwash you into thinking you are NOT doing enough work when you probably are! Also, sometimes the counter that keeps track of your components completed doesn't always record you completed work.
