Terrible management, unrealistic expectations, and horrible owners. If you want to be given the bare minimus from an employer while simultaneously being asked the world of, this is the place for you. Get ready for no benefits, terrible management, and rude and aggressive management.

Plenty of scenarios and opportunities to grow a variety of modeling skills, project management, material sourcing, creative design, and problem solving.

Minpunten

With it being a smaller company, you wear a lot of hats and have to be diligent about self starting/managing a lot of scenarios. Not great for someone who isn’t able to adapt and learn quickly
